Virtual assistant and appointment requests
This website provides a virtual assistant. The content of conversations is NOT retained: we only record the general topic of the enquiry (opening hours, prices, insurers, appointment requests and similar), the language and the date, in order to improve the information published on the website. When an enquiry does not match any of those topics, the text of the question is also kept, after removing phone numbers, email addresses and identity document numbers. These records are deleted after 90 days. When you request an appointment through the assistant or the website forms, the details you provide (name, phone number, specialty or practitioner, and insurer) are used so that reception can contact you and arrange the visit, and are entered into the centre's internal management tools. The legal basis is the taking of steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to recepcion@fontanettgn.es.
Applicable law
Spanish law shall apply to the resolution of any dispute or matter relating to this website, and the Courts and Tribunals of Tarragona shall have jurisdiction to resolve any conflict.
